Gift Orders

You have the option to buy Gift cards from us. These cards are versatile and can be used either online or in our physical stores. You can select between an e-Gift Card that will be sent via email or a physical Gift Card that will be mailed to you. Our physical Gift Cards are the size of a credit card and come in an attractive card holder with space for a personal message. They are a wonderful addition to any gift-giving occasion. As for our e-Gift Cards, you can choose the delivery date or have it sent immediately. If you are unsure of the recipient’s email address, you can always input your own email address and print out the e-Gift Card at home. Additionally, our stores offer gift cards that can be used both in-store and online.

We provide the opportunity to customize a selection of bottles with your very own message. The engraving space is subject to the bottle’s shape and size, and will be clearly stated on the product page. Kindly note that we do not accept messages for engraving that include explicit or offensive language. Engraving is done at our warehouse, so orders may require an additional 2-3 working days for dispatch. Should you need your engraved bottle urgently, please reach out to us and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

All orders placed with us come with a packing slip that contains information about the buyer and the shipping address. It is important to note that these packing slips do not include any pricing or financial information, making them ideal for gift orders.

Return and Refund Policy
