Customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off cancellation period under Distance Selling legislation, starting from the day they receive the goods. However, it’s important to note that this cancellation period does not apply to bespoke or personalised items.

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to either info@scotchspirit.com or help@scotchspirit.com. Please be aware that if you choose to cancel, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of cancellation. Once we receive the goods, a refund will be issued.
