Prior to bottling, this single malt whisky was carefully stored in a traditional dunnage warehouse at Karuizawa before being transported to Chichibu. With only 143 bottles available, each one is individually numbered and presented in a luxurious dark wooden box crafted partially from Polish black fossil oak. Karuizawa 1964 Cask #3603 is bottled at its natural cask strength of 57.7% abv, has not undergone chill filtration, and retains its original, unaltered color.
