To honor the 100th Anniversary of Masataka and Rita Taketsuru’s marriage and pay homage to the initial stages of their business, two bottles were unveiled. During those early days, apple juice and subsequently apple brandy were crafted. Yoichi Apple Brand Cask underwent the same aging process as the regular malts, followed by an additional six months of maturation in apple brandy casks. This limited edition consists of only 6,700 bottles.
